TIRUMALA: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo N.Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday morning offered prayers at the famous hill temple of Lord Venkateswara, Tirumala along with his wife Bhuvaneswari and other family members and also placed the first wedding card of his son at the feet of the presiding deity. Later talking to media persons the TDP leader, Mr. Naidu said that it was his family tradition to seek the blessings of the Tirumala deity on all important family occassions and that he was just upholding it. No comment
Naidu who declined to make any political comments. Chandrababu Naidu said that it was with a sole intention to seek the divine blessings of the Lord for the would be couple that he had come to the holy place. After a brief stay at the posh padmavathi guest house where he stayed overnight he motored down to Tirupati to participate in the locally arranged programmes.
