Home-made fare: Onam feast organised by ‘Square-one-talents’ at the Little Flower Church Hall at Vellayambalam in Thiruvananthapuram.
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A nine-day Onam feast organised by ‘Square-one-talents’ is currently on at the Little Flower Church Hall at Vellayambalam. A feast of ‘authentic’ home-made and ethnic delicacies including a variety of lip smacking Payasams are on offer. There is also a separate takeaway section for lasagne, macaroni chicken bake, biryanis, pickles and jams. The items, the organisers said, were made out of specially selected ingredients. Baby wear
Also on display is a range of exquisitely hand-embroidered and hand-painted Kerala saris and silks, hand-painted bed spreads, baby wear and baby frocks in novel patterns. The fest will conclude on August 17.
