CITU supports lorry strike

The Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) Krishna district committee expressed its solidarity with the proposed lorry strike from August 14 midnight. CITU general secretaries -- N.Ch. Srinivas and D.V. Krishna -- said that the strike was being organised in protest against the GOs, which make it mandatory that the drivers and vehicles should be produced before the court even in the general road accidents.
