36-hour protest seeks scrapping of G.O. 508

Screening for eye operations will be conducted at Lifeline Express (hospital on wheels), which is now stationed at Gokapeta, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on August 21, 22 and 23. After screening, dates for operations, if necessary, will be fixed, according to officials. While the Transco provided electricity, the R&B Department would construct a ramp for the convenience of patients. The municipality would supply drinking water to the visitors, officials said.
