Not many in Medak opt for ‘Kalynamasthu’

Sangareddy: Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam’s ambitious Kalyanmasthu programme has failed to attract prospective couples in the district. With only few days left for for the programme slated for this Sunday, only 52 couples have registered their names. Members of the TTD Dharmaprachara Parishat that is spearheading the campaign in districts point out that parents still prefer to perform marriages at their residences even if the expenditure is on the higher side.
