KOLKATA: The Border Security Force (BSF) apprehended a Hizb-ul-Mujahideen member and two Bangladeshis in the border areas of North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal on Wednesday, sources in the force said on Saturday. “The man confessed to his involvement in grenade attacks at Shopian in Jammu and Kashmir,” said Somesh Goel, Inspector General (South Bengal frontier), BSF. The militant admitted to having received training in Pakistan, Mr. Goel added. The accused has been handed over to the local police for further investigation.
