Helping hand: Mamatha, a visually impaired woman, tying a rakhi on the hand of Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy in Bangalore on Tuesday. She got a job at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. based on the recommendation of the Chief Minister whom she approached at one of his Janata Darshan programmes.
