Dies in boat capsize

A fisherman died and two others sustained injuries when a traditional boat capsized near Pudimadaka in the district on Wednesday. The deceased, Yerripalli Demudu, 30, was a resident of Kadapalem near Pudimadaka, said welfare association president Arjili Dasu.

In another case, a worker, Arjun Sriram, 27, of Bidarpur in Uttar Pradesh, was killed when the hook of a crane fell on him.
