Court convicts Shahbuddin

PATNA: The special court in Siwan on Thursday convicted RJD MP Md. Shahbuddin and his two police bodyguards in the murderous assault on the then SP S.K. Singhal and his police squad almost 11 years ago.
Additional District Judge, heading the special court inside the Siwan Jail, G.P. Shrivastava would be pronouncing the quantum of punishment against all the three convicts on Friday.
