Two killed in accidents

HYDERABAD: Two motorcyclists, including a police constable, were killed in separate road accidents in the city on Saturday.

A constable of the Andhra Pradesh Special Police (APSP) died after the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a tipper near Hitec City. D. Anil Kumar (23), a resident of Yousufguda, was on the way to his office in Madhapur when the accident occurred. He was married recently, according to the police.

In another incident, a private employee was killed after the two-wheeler he was riding was run over by an APSRTC bus at Himayathnagar crossroads.

The police said Muzafaruddin (26) of Karwan was going to his office when the bus driver rammed into his vehicle resulting in grievous injuries.
