Flood alert in Bihar

PATNA: The flood situation in Bihar turned bad following heavy rain in catchment areas in Nepal and release of water from the Gandak barrage.

Two national highways passing through Sitamarhi district NH 104 and NH 77 were submerged disrupting traffic.
