Siemens buys balance stake in SITS

MUMBAI: Siemens on Wednesday said it had picked up the remaining 26 per cent stake in Siemens Industrial Turbomachi- nery Services (SITS) from Pimac Engineers for a consideration of Rs. 3.35 crore.
