Case dismissed

BANGALORE: A Bangalore court on Thursday dismissed a defamation petition filed against Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court Cyriac Joseph. Vijaykumar, an advocate, and an office-bearer of the Karnataka Vakilara Rakshana Vedike had filed the case and sought damages of Rs. 10 .

The court dismissed the suit with a cost of Rs. 10,000 on Mr. Vijayakumar. — Staff Correspondent
