Bangalore: Using art to make their imagination take wings. The Association of People with Disability (APD) has been working for the last four decades in the disability sector and has developed comprehensive rehabilitation programmes to address various needs of persons with disabilities. The organisation has also worked with people with mental illness and their families to improve their quality of life.With a view to giving persons with mental illness a chance to put their talent on canvas and a platform to liaison with other artistes, APD will organise “Kala Sourabha –inclusive world of art” on September 19 to 21 at Janapadaloka, Ramanagaram, Bangalore Rural district.
