SRM, St. Xavier’s advance

ALUVA: Defending champion SRM College (Chennai) and host St. Xavier’s College entered the semifinals of the 14th Sr. Redempta memorial South India inter-collegiate women’s basketball tournament here on Monday.

SRM defeated Alphonsa (Pala) 42-36 while the host beat Vimala (Thrissur) 59-12.
