Assault case

NEW DELHI: A 14-year-old girl was allegedly assaulted by a neighbour in Vasant Kunj here on September 5.

According to the girl, her neighbour offered her a lift to school but took her to an unidentified place where he allegedly offered her a drink laced with sedatives. On gaining consciousness, the girl discovered that she had been assaulted by him.

Later her neighbour’s friend who allegedly videotaped the entire incident on his mobile camera started blackmailing her.
