TIRUMALA: TTD Chairman B.Karunakar Reddy on Friday took serious exception to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Karunanidhi’s remarks with regard to the Rama Sethu controversy and said that it was a sin to make such remarks against Lord Rama. Mr Reddy, who had organised a media meet on the ongoing Brahmotsavams at the media centre on Friday evening, lost his cool when a reporter sought his comments on the controversial Rama Sethu issue. He said that there was a limit even for the freedom of expression. It does not mean that anybody could indulge in hurling such derogatory remarks undermining the sanctity of a great epic like the Ramayana. © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
