KOCHI: Ernakulam’s unseeded Sanjay Cherian jolted Thiruvananthapuram’s Binoj Mani, the fourth seed, and entered the men’s singles semifinals of the Sree Chitra Kerala State-ranking tennis championship at the Regional Sports Centre here on Sunday. However, the top two seeds — local lads Jaco T. Mathew and Rynold Timothy — came up with comfortable wins on their way to the last-four stage. The results (quarterfinals): Men: Jaco T.
