THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Speaker K. Radhakrishnan will be attending the conference of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association beginning in New Delhi on Wednesday.

Deputy Speaker Jose Baby and Legislature Secretary N.K. Jayakumar will also attend the conference.
