THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The regional office of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) here has taken up the issue of extending refinance support to investment credit to the Kerala State Cooperative Bank (KSCB) with its headquarters. NABARD chief general manager Bhawar Puri said in a release here that keeping in view with the action plan drawn up by KSCB to bring down the non-performing assets (NPAs) and the various remedial measures taken by the bank authorities, the regional office of NABARD had already taken up the issue of extending refinance support to investment credit (long-term loans) with its head office in Mumbai. © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
