Ruhaab Khan wins two golds

NEW DELHI: Ruhaab Khan of G.D. Goenka Public School won two gold medals in the girls’ under-12 section of the 43rd Delhi State junior aquatic championship at the Pacific Sports Complex, Andrews Ganj, here on Monday.

Ruhaab won the 200m freestyle event with a timing of 2:40.08 and the 50m backstroke at 1:25.77.

Vani Sahani of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, and Aman Tokas of Ryan International also won two gold medals each in the under-12 category.

Vani won the 100m freestyle, timing 1:12.64 and the 200m individual medley timing 3:05.58.

Aman won the 50m freestyle with a timing of 30.30 and the 50m backstroke at 1:20.83.
