Jayabheri petition dismissed

Hyderabad: A Division bench of the High Court on Monday dismissed the petition filed by Jayabheri Estates, associated with cine actor Murali Mohan, challenging the realignment of the second phase of the Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Pappalaguda , Ranga Reddy district. The bench heard the writ petition at length. The petitioner alleged the alignment was changed to suit some people and complained that the water bodies were getting affected.

The bench set aside all these contentions and dismissed the petition.
