Jogaiah’s plea on Andhra State capital

HYDERABAD: Senior Congress leader Ch. Harirama Jogaiah has demanded that Hyderabad be allowed as capital of a separate Andhra State for 15 to 20 years, if Telangana State was formed. Speaking to reporters here on Monday, he said this facility should be allowed to give sufficient time to Andhra State to develop its own capital. —Special Correspondent
