The VMC on Wednesday announced that it would be filing a criminal case against P. Bhaskara Rao, a retired Tahsildar and resident of door no. 76-41-26/6, and Jayakumar, resident of door no. 76-58-33/1, for encroaching a piece of reserved land belonging to the corporation beside MIG-33 at Bhavanipuram HB Colony. The structure built on the land was removed on Wednesday, according to an official release.
