‘Chided’ teenager ends life

A teenager Afreen (14), who attempted suicide by immolating herself with kerosene along with her mother Akhtar Begum at their residence at Rajendranagar on Friday, succumbed to injuries at the Gandhi hospital on Saturday. The duo had quarrelled over a family dispute. Akhtar Begum (45) was brought dead to the hospital on Friday.

Auto driver ends life

An autorickshaw driver Wahed Khan (35) committed suicide by setting himself ablaze at his house at Syed Nagar on Friday. Khan ended his life as his wife Shahjahan deserted him, said police.
