RR Collectorate’s notice to HCA

HYDERABAD: Ranga Reddy District Collectorate served a notice on Hyderabad Cricket Association on the issue of sale of tickets for the one-day international hosted by the latter at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium on October 5, according to official sources.

The Collectorate, reacting to media reports, effectively asked for a comprehensive explanation on the sale of tickets including all relevant details about the stadium capacity, the methodology involved in the procedure, the system adopted for issuing complimentaries, the understanding with the various corporate groups and the facilities provided for the fans inside the stadium. The HCA has been given 15 days time to reply to this notice.
