AIRF’s plea for bonus

The All India Railwaymen’s Federation has appealed to the Railway Minister to send the proposal of the Railway Board for payment of productivity linked bonus for the year 2006-07 directly to the Cabinet.

The AIRF general secretary J.P.Chaubey said that the PLB paid to all the Group C and D categories in the Railways was getting delayed this year as the Finance Ministry was trying to dilute the proposal of the Board for 70 days wages as the PLB.
