President to release stamps

New Delhi: Four commemorative stamps and First Day Cover on the occasion of the platinum jubilee celebration of the Indian Air Force would be released by President Pratibha Patil on Monday.

“The stamps depict Westland Wapiti, Airborne Warning and Control System, IL-78 and Advanced Light Helicopter-Dhruv showcasing the technological and professional expertise of Indian Air Force,” a release here said.
