“Guntur Municipal Corporation is hard pressed for funds and if citizens do not pay their taxes, how can they expect us to improve services? As a Commissioner I do not hold a magic wand, it is the cooperation of the elected representatives and the people that can bring improved services to the door-step of citizens.”
