Pension for medical practitioners

BANGALORE: The Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy has invited applications from practitioners of Indian medicine, for providing them with a monthly pension of Rs. 250. The directorate will honour six practitioners of Indian medicine — three from Ayurveda system, one each from Unani, Homeopathy, and nature cure system — for the year 2007-08. The applicant should be a registered medical practitioner in any of these system aged 60 and above. The last date for submission of application is October 30.
