L&T buys Malaysian co.

MUMBAI: Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Thursday entered into a share sale agreement with the Malaysia-based Tamco Corporate Holdings Bhd for the acquisition of the latter’s de-merged switchgear business, Tamco Switchgear Malaysia Sdn Bhd, for a consideration of $108 million.
