Man found dead in lodge

An elderly man was found dead in a lodge at Lakdi-ka-Pul on Friday. The deceased person has been identified as G. Bujanga Rao, 65, of West Godavari district. He came to the city on Wednesday, according to police.

Body retrieved from pond

The Cyberabad police on Friday retrieved the body of an auto driver from a pond at Srinagar Colony in L. B. Nagar. The police said auto driver, V. Srinu, 25, a resident of Qutbullahpur, could have committed suicide by jumping into the pond due to financial problems.

Mason killed in accident

A mason died after motorcycle he was riding was run over by an APSRTC bus at Hi-Tech city in Madhapur on Thursday. Twenty-four-year-old K. Mahender of Kukatpally was on the way to his house when the accident occurred, the police said.
