APSTF to form mandal panels

VIZIANAGARAM: Andhra Pradesh School Teachers Federation (APSTF), the newly-formed outfit of the Congress, will constitute ad hoc mandal committees by November 15 and district-level committees thereafter, according to former State vice-president of PRTU P.
