Sonu, Dilip shine

NEW DELHI: Classy knocks by Sonu Vaid (99) and Dilip T.T. (80) helped Young Association beat R.P. Academy by 68 runs and made the final of the Shahid Bhagat Singh memorial cricket tournament at the Nehru Stadium here.

The scores: Young Association 320 for seven in 35 overs (Sonu Vaid 99, Dilip T.T. 80, Raman Sachdeva 35, Sachin Rana five for 60) bt R. P. Academy 252 for six in 35 overs (Sachin Rana 80, Charanjeet Singh 60, Vaibhav Rawal 50).
