Swati Kumar and Srinivasu bowl well

VISAKHAPATNAM: S.H. Srinivasu bowled well again for Srikakulam while Vizianagaram had a consolation in the drawn match of the ACA North Zoneunder-17 inter-district tournament at Vizzy stadium, Vizianagaram, when its left-arm off-spinner Ch. Swati Kumar picked up six wickets in the second innings on Tuesday.

Visakhapatnam defeated East Godavari by 76 runs at the Miracle Software ground, Bhogapuram.

The scores: Srikakulam 160 and 175 for nine decl. in 55 overs (A. Kartik 48, A. Ramana 31 n.o., Ch. Swati Kumar six for 45, N. Santosh Kumar three for 48) drew with Vizianagaram 150 in 53 overs (N. Sravan Kumar 35, S. Praveen 33 n.o., S.H. Srinivasu four for 30, D. Janakiram three for 36) and 68 for seven in 26 overs (Srinivasu three for 25).
