Inter-school debate competition

NEW DELHI: The national round of the 10th Dr. Mahbub ul Haq Memorial Inter-School Debate Competition was organised by the Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation and United Nations Development Programme at Jawahar Bhawan here this past week. The topic for the debate was “Global warming, melting glaciers and rising sea levels spell doom for the people of South Asia: Myth or reality.” The BJEM School, Bhubaneswar, was declared the winner.
