RBI’s warning on recovery agents

Mumbai: Y.V. Reddy, RBI Governor, on Tuesday warned banks that they would not be allowed to engage recovery agents if they continued to harass borrowers. It said these abusive practices would invite serious supervisory disapproval. — PTI
