Stanley reservoir surplusses again

METTUR: The Stanley reservoir here has surplussed for the seventh time in a single irrigation season. Its Full Reservoir Level is 120 feet.

The water level stood at 120.860 feet with live storage of 94.846 tmcft. PWD officials told The Hindu on Tuesday that inflow increased steadily from Sunday following heavy rain in the reservoir’s vast catchments and in Karnataka.
