Six workers killed

ERODE: Six workers were killed in a wall collapse here on Tuesday. Thirunavukarasu, of Ammankoil, Sivagiri, had employed Shanmugasundaram (35) of Ammankoil, Sundaram (43) of Sivagiri, Pitchaimuthu (40) of Vadamadurai, Mani (35) of Sivagiri, Natraj (70) of Poosariyur, and Rathinasamy (45) of Sivagiri to construct a 20-foot high wall in his rice mill. It collapsed while they were working.

The Sivagiri police are on the lookout for Thirunavukarasu. — Staff Reporter
