Aditi Technologies acquires MindAlign

BANGALORE: Aditi Technologies, an outsourced product development company, has acquired the intellectual property rights of MindAlign 6, an application meant for enterprise group chat, from Parlano, which was recently acquired by Microsoft. Aditi has also gained 56 new customers in the bargain, including five major global banks, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
