Goldstone Tech buys stake in 4G Informatics

HYDERABAD: Goldstone Technologies Ltd., a Hyderabad-based IPTV provider and software solutions company, has announced that it is acquiring 51 per cent stake in 4G Informatics, a privately held firm specialising in biometric identity solutions, for an undisclosed sum. Goldstone would be using a combination of cash and stock to fund the acquisition, a statement here said.
