City ophthalmologist Velagapudi Sambasiva Rao of Arvind Eye Hospital will be leaving for New Orleans in United States of America (USA) to take part in the international ophthalmologist conference, which will be held from November 10 to 13. Several issues such as diabetic retinopathy will be discussed in the conference.
