Special coaching for unemployed youth

Kakinada: Free coaching should be given to educated unemployed youths belonging to the SC and ST communities to enable them to appear for Group I and II examinations and other recruitments, according to district M. Subrahmanyam.

Presiding over the monitoring committee meeting on imparting special coaching for competitive tests with the financial support of the SC Corporation here on Saturday, he said candidates’ selection should be done on merit by conducting screening tests.

The Collector instructed the officials to select 60 candidates for Group I and II tests and another 100 for the police, excise and fire services recruitment.

The coaching for Group I and II exams was for two months and for other services it would be for 45 days.

ITDA Project Officer Yogitha Rana was among others who attended.
