Free diabetes consultation

BANGALORE: To mark World Diabetes Day, Sagar Apollo Hospital is conducting a free diabetes camp at Sagar Center for Diabetes, Jayanagar, on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The health check will include physical examination, blood sugar and, if necessary, consultation with a diabetologist and ECG examination. A talk on diabetes mellitus (especially on juvenile diabetes) will be delivered by the experts between 11.30 a.m. and 3 p.m., followed by diet counselling.

To commemorate Children’s Day, the hospital is conducting a painting competition for children of the age group 6 to 10 years and 11 to 16 years from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
