Vikram and Karanuday win

HYDERABAD: B. Vikram Reddy of Hyderabad and Karanuday Singh of Delhi won the doubles crown in the Malaysia-ITF World junior circuit tournament in Ipoh, Malaysia, on Thursday, according to information received here.

In the final of the Grade Four event, the top-seeded Indian duo prevailed over Romain Sichez of France and Francis Cas Alcantara of Philippines 7-6(6), 7-5.

In the semifinals, the Indian pair defeated Ryoken Matsui of Japan and Hung-Yi Yeh of Chinese Taipei 2-6, 6-2, 6-3.
