Landline telephone and mobile services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in Samayanallur area would be affected for a short duration in the midnight of November 17 as the BSNL will take up rearrangement of optical fibre cable between Ellis Nagar and Samayanallur, said a statement.
