Amity posts win

NEW DELHI: Amity School (Noida) defeated Bal Bharati School (Noida) 3-1 in the under-19 boys’ section of the fourth Modernites inter-school hockey tournament here on Tuesday.

In another match in the same section, S.S. Mota Singh School (Janakpuri) beat Bal Bharati School (Pitampura) 4-0.

In the under-15 section, Bal Bharati School (Pitampura) beat the host Modern School (Barakhamba Road) 2-1 while S.S. Mota Singh School (Janakpuri) was held to a 1-1 draw by Bal Bharati School (Noida).
