Youth stabbed to death in Bhongir

NALGONDA: A 25-year-old youth B. Naveen Kumar was found dead in an orchard near Bhongir town under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday. According to the Inspector Saleem Pasha, the youngster had gone out after having dinner along with his band of friends on Monday night and didn’t return home.

His body with five stab injuries on the chest was found in the orchard.

“A petty thief, Naveen was leading a wayward life and was in bad company for sometime,” the CI said. The police called for a dog squad and a clues team as part of the investigation.

“We strongly suspect the role of his friends in his murder,” the Inspector commented.
