Bangalore: Dharwad Zone gained a 60-run first innings lead over Combined City XI in a KSCA under-17 inter-zonal tournament match that concluded in a draw at Shimoga on Wednesday.

The scores: Bangalore City 221 in 79.2 overs and 125 for four in 23 overs (Mohammed Muneer 47) drew with Tumkur Zone 189 in 75.1 overs (Prashanth Poojar four for 21).

President’s XI 237 for nine decl. in 77 overs and 112 for three in 29 overs drew with Raichur Zone 191 in 58.1 overs (Murali Krishnan 96).

At Shimoga: Dharwad Zone 303 for six in 90 overs and 14 for no loss in six overs drew with Combined City XI 243 in 81.5 overs (Dinesh Borwankar 51, B. Dhanush 48, Akshay Ballal 45, Prithvi Ramesh 44, Shamik Kolankar six for 74).

At Bhadravati: Shimoga Zone 173 in 79.1 overs and 107 for four in 32 overs (G.V. Manoj 47) drew with Bangalore Zone 229 in 74.5 overs (G.S. Chiranjeevi 66, Subhash Angadi 62, Rangaswamy five for 60).
