Fast track courts to settle loan disputes

MUMBAI: A working group of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) is drafting recommendations to have fast track courts for resolving disputes of retail loan defaults, a top IBA official said here on Thursday. The move follows a rise in incidents of highhandedness by bank recovery agents.
